Responsibilities:
- Assist Sous Chef & Chef de Partie in controlling and organization of kitchen
- Prepare the ingredients for a more senior chef
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, quality and consistency
- Follow proper Kitchen Standard Operating Procedures
- Demonstrate appropriate mise en place, stock rotations & portion control
- Assist in inventory checks and daily ordering
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
- Ensure day to day operations function efficiently and smoothly
Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field
- Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
- Passion for food, creative & result orientated
