About Team
Real Estate & Facilities-APAC is the global branch department of Real Estate and Facilities (REF) organization responsible for APAC regional office construction, expansion and facilities management in collaboration with other ES departments across the APAC portfolio. Responsibilities - Track the RE portfolio and provide planning and strategic advice based on location, workplace and seating requirements - Propose and drive actionable plans after assessing the feasibility, cost effectiveness and other dimensions of business space requirements such as seating, meeting rooms, functional and other areas - Identify potential blockers in daily workflows, systems and other scenarios; advise on effective use and optimization - Stay updated on global/regional policies, regulations and business/market environments; communicate and collaborate closely with partner teams and stakeholders advising as applicable
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of corporate experience in business partnership, real estate management, workplace project management, design strategy, internal communications, or similar roles preferred.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data skills and ability to translate into strategic recommendations.
- Well-versed in managing multiple real estate and business initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Technology, Media, or Entertainment industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique dynamics, trends, and challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- At least 30% travel (mostly domestic, some international), depending on the requirements of the home office and business units.
- Ability to work effectively across various time zones and manage an international portfolio.
