Position Overview:
NTT Data Singapore is looking for an experienced Client Project Manager to lead and direct multiple client projects, ranging from standard to complex. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through to final implementation, ensuring client satisfaction, scope control, and seamless handover to operations. The Client Project Manager will be accountable for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, budget, and timeline.
- Engage with all stakeholders to take projects from initial concept through to final implementation and handover.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing escalations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project solutions meet client expectations, remain within the agreed budget, and adhere to quality criteria.
- Document and manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.
- Provide clear, concise communication to all stakeholders.
- Oversee pre-sales activities by working with sales teams to scope and cost project solutions, including participating in client presentations and tender processes.
- Identify and influence potential sales opportunities by discussing NTT Data’s consulting and technical services with clients.
- Coordinate project team activities, delegating tasks and assigning resources as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including both application and infrastructure project delivery.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with a value greater than SGD 5 Million
- Possess PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience working with public sector clients, particularly in Govtech, DSTA, or HTX projects.
- Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) deployment.
- Demonstrated vendor management skills.
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen due to project clearance requirements.
