Duties and Responsibilites
- Assist in gathering and analysing data related to patient demographics, treatment outcomes, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance patient experiences and optimize workflows.
- Analyse trends and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or above in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Airtable, Softr, statistical software) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Passion for the healthcare industry and a genuine interest in improving patient outcomes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive healthcare data.
