Responsibilities:
- Creating innovative methods for molecular and immunological testing.
- Incorporating assays into prototype medical devices.
- Performing enzyme purification processes in-house.
- Conducting intellectual property searches and preparing relevant documentation.
- Keeping the E-Lab Notebook updated consistently.
- Handling tasks like procurement and payments using the SAP system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma holders in Microbiology, Molecular or Cell Biology, Immunology
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Able to handle ordering and payment with SAP system.
- Self-motivated and have enthusiasm for R&D work.
- Experience in the molecular assay development with either clinical or environmental samples.
- Proficient in the primers and probes design.
- Experience in Python script-based bioinformatics will be an advantage
- Experiences in Escherichia coli or insect cells protein expression system.
- Familiar with enzyme purification.
