Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time. (Around 100 headcount)
- Ensure payments are in accordance with MOM Employment Law & all the regulatory guidelines.
- Submission of Form IR21 for tax clearance , employee yearly Income Tax - Form IR8A, CPF submission, NS make-up claims and submission of FWL wavier.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports & salary reconciliation.
- Application, Renewal and Cancellation of Work Permits.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- At least 2 year experience in a similar position
- Competent in MS Office especially in Excel.
