Job description
• Assist Gold Suppliers on Alibaba.com to manage their accounts
• Understand and fully master the operational, functionality and hands on process on Alibaba.com.
• Communicate with clients effectively via emails, phone calls or other communication channels to resolve their issues.
• Handle and manage clients’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time frame, follow up promptly to ensure resolutions set are met. Detailed records of clients’ interactions to be documented properly.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and good time management.
• Project management for all VAS job.
• Lead the provision of operational support to sales such as following up with new customers to gather the necessary information and documents
• Develop and conduct training for clients (usually twice per week)
• Prepare and update SOPs to facilitate and support training and work activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Oversee and make sure that all works are done correctly and effectively in timely manner.
• Deal with both internal (staff) and external (customer) related issues.
• Be a role model of well behavior and attitudes at work.
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirement
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Work closely with ecommerce platform for overall strategy.
• Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits.
• Good microsoft office skills, particulary in excel.
