Job Description
- Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
- Maintaining precise payroll records by ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information.
- Generating monthly payroll reports and salary reconciliation reports.
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll.
- Assist in submission of tax clearance and employee yearly income tax.
- Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour standards.
- Assist in the application, renewal and cancellation of work permit.
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- With similar working experience
- Familiarity with MS Office Applications especially MS Excel
- Able to cope with stress and tight deadlines
