Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes i.e. ASN FRT and MIS, ensuring financial statements reflect accurate inventory data.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records and identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse inventory data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving inventory management practices.
- Develop and maintain audit trails and documentation for all inventory transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to inventory and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management, highlighting findings and suggesting improvements.
- Monitor and report on key inventory metrics, including stock levels, turnover rates, and valuation accuracy.
- Work closely with the finance and operations teams to streamline inventory management processes.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new inventory management systems and tools.
- Monitor and confirm inventory records to ensure the accuracy of the listed information.
- Work closely with accounts and internal audit Manager to prepare all tax and audit reports required.

- Flexible Working Hour: 8am – 5.15pm/8.30am – 5.45pm / 9am – 6.15pm

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or inventory management.
- Experience with inventory audits and reconciliation is highly preferred.
