Job Description
- Responsible for design and creativity on projects from concept thinking design, and space planning through to development and presentation, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity
- Responsible for Full Set 2D & 3D Max/V-Ray, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, AutoCAD and joinery drawings including as-built drawing.
- Assist to oversee all design projects, providing guidance and support as needed, and ensuring that all designs meet quality standards.
- Work closely with key colleagues’ sales team, project team and preparation and procurement department to coordinate schedules and designs.
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and client expectations within the given deadline.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding design aspects of the project participate in project review meetings and Client presentations as needed, including providing updates on progress, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Proactively research new innovative designs, industry trends and best practices.
- Participates directly in each project from programming through project completion, Oversee the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
Requirement:
-Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray (or any other 3D rendering software)
-Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization
-Experience in commercial and residential projects will be an advantage
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
-Required language: English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking co-worker and customers)
-Minimum 2 year or above working experience in Interior Design firm related field is preferred
