Job Description
- Manage projects, and ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and with high quality.
- Monitor day-to-day field activities, manage information flow, and report and track issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
- Assist in completing handover plans, ensuring timely and quality documentation.
- Be a visible onsite leader, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
- Coordinate with client and contractor teams on snagging activities, scheduling, and partner engagement.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues with the project team.
- Implement and monitor key project processes, collaborating with clients for improvements.
- Enforce project procedures and ensure consistent adherence.
- Lead and participate in key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts.
- Review proposed variations and delays in the works.
- Achieve a monthly sales target.
- Regular reporting to Managing Director to provide comprehensive updates on project status.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirement:
- Possess Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- A team player with a strong analytical mind and ability to work independently.
- Excellent project control and people management skills.
