Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and designs for web projects
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Optimize website performance for speed and usability
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high quality and functionality
- Handle service requests and troubleshoot any user/system-related issues and queries
- Engage with HQ development team to resolve issues, which need implementation
- Provide technical consultancy and workaround solutions
- Understand, share HQ guidelines (design, system, policies) & provide the necessary proper compliant guidance, materials and techniques
- Support integration of online applications/microsites & third-party solutions with the system
- Co-work closely with security and analytic teams to support the overall operations
- Conduct system training to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant field of studies
- 3+ years of experience in web design
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and other client side technologies
- Experience with popular frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in version control systems such as GitHub
- Responsible, organized and independent and good team player
- Relevant experience as a designer in a digital/interactive/online/e-commerce focused organization is preferred
- Knowledge & experience on Adobe Experience Manager is preferred
- Experience working with Angular, server-side rendering
- Knowledge of TypeScript, RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Webpack, NPM
