Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled M&E Property Executive to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach to managing property-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems within the property.
- Utilize established procedures to address and solve standard operational problems.
- Analyze data and apply standard practices to make informed decisions and judgments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation related to property management activities.
- Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the property.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning by performing intermediate math calculations, including percentages, fractions, and other financial-related figures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all aspects of property management.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to address and resolve any property-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
- A degree is preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to apply existing procedures to solve standard issues.
- Proficient in analyzing information and using standard practices to make sound judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly organized, with a strong inquisitive mindset and attention to detail.
- Intermediate math skills, with the ability to perform complex calculations, such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related computations.
