The Techno-Functional Consultant’s primary focus will be on the business requirements and solution aspects of the project. The Techno-Functional Consultant will work in a project team, in collaboration with users to:
(1) Gather, analyse and manage business requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria
(2) Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements and create demonstrations to provide proof of concept
(3) Develop the business case and projects specifications
(4) Evaluate and recommend ICT solutions that best address the needs
(5) Prioritise product backlog through rigorous information gathering and analysis with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of the functional / technical design specifications
(6) Review solution options with the development team and coordinate user acceptance for every sprint products
(7) Review testing and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met
(8) Drive smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution analyse impact of requested changes (operations and maintenance phase); and
(9) Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as and when needed (operations and maintenance phase).
Requirements / Qualifications:
(i) Minimum 5 years of working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
(ii) Good experience in Schema Mapping, Entity Data Diagram, Complex System Integration with CRM
(iii) Experience in Data Migration
(iv) Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using agile methodology with past development experience
(v) Proven experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning and design, and testing
(vi) Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
(vii) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
(viii) Knowledge and experience in Azure technologies will be an added advantage
(ix) Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
