Position: Purchasing Assistants
Salary: Up to $2,700
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5.45pm
Location: North / East / West
Responsibilities:
- Source for few quotes, price and availability of goods and services required by the RSN Units and put up Purchase Request (PR) using the IT systems and established processes.
- Manage the stores' logistics, infrastructure and facilities (including office equipment) and perform transactions for stores’ movement, estate management and equipment servicing using the IT systems and established processes.
- Support all the events and daily activities
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec with min 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain or logistics management
- Proficient in SAP and prior knowledge in stock management
- Good in excel
- Immediate starter would be advantageous
