Responsibilities
· ensure that all workers arrive the construction site in time.
· Strictly observe and follow safety protocol.
· Enforcing safety regulations and incorporating best practices to minimise potential hazards on site.
· Oversees all operations on a project site, ensuring work is completed on time.
· Solve disputes between workers.
· Conducting safety checks and coordinating with clients.
· Conduct regular site inspections and reporting on project status to upper management.
· Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc.
Requirements
· At least 3 Year(s) of construction site experience.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· A team player with a strong passion for the site work.
· Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well.
· Understand the construction drawings.
