Job Description
- Assist in any technical tasks related to the company products during the Pre-Installation (PI) phase, Commissioning, Warranty period, and Validation & Certification phase if needed.
- Identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions or failures and propose preventive and corrective measures.
- Develop troubleshooting strategies and methodologies.
- Offer technical guidance and assistance to technicians in diagnosing and repairing issues.
- Provide feedback on technical documentation gaps or shortcomings.
- Advise management on customer satisfaction, product performance, and recommendations for product improvements.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data input into the Failure Management database for Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) analysis.
- Drive the improvement of reliability through investigating failures/events and implementing reliability forecasts with RAMS support.
- Implement measures to prevent the recurrence of failures and support containment efforts.
- Assist in maintaining product configurations and managing relevant documentation.
- Participate in technical reviews with internal and external suppliers, partners, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Support efforts related to Obsolescence Management, if applicable.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Field Modifications (FM) activities.
