Key Responsibilities:

- Lead efforts to strengthen and expand the Flavor Committee's influence and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communication within the Flavor Committee to drive cohesive strategy development.
- Serve as the global coordinator for key multinational accounts, ensuring seamless alignment with global objectives and strategies.
- Support internal coordination for global key accounts within targeted segments, enhancing cross-functional collaboration
- Assist in regional coordination efforts, ensuring that all regional activities support and align with global key account strategies.
- Assist in managing and developing strategies for accounts with global key significance, focusing on growth and market penetration
- Work closely with regional teams to provide tailored support and solutions to enhance customer relationships and business outcomes.
- Plan and develop investment strategies focused on targeted technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness in the flavor market.
- Facilitate technology and production transfers across the region, ensuring best practices and technological advancements are effectively implemented.
- Lead global platform development and promotion for targeted market segments, focusing on innovation and sustainability.
- Manage key R&D projects with a particular focus on sustainability initiatives, driving the development of new products and solutions that meet global market needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the flavor or food and beverage industry, with a strong emphasis on strategy development and implementation.
- Proven experience in managing multinational accounts and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and investment strategy planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
