Key Duties, Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, oversee job file creation, and prepare all required documentation for both customer submissions and internal record-keeping.
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and deliver freight quotations within the specified time frame.
- Support the Operations Department and Manager on special projects and offer backup assistance to the Customer Service team as needed.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Logistics is a plus.
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant computer software applications.
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
