We are assisting our client, an established healthcare provider to search for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- To lead the functional design and rollout of specialized modules of a healthcare system.
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements and process flows.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for developers and designers.
- Participate in the design, development, and testing of core systems and end-user applications,
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation when necessary.
- Perform functional testing and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, and best practices related to healthcare and digital transformation.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and training initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or digital transformation projects in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Experience in SQL queries or stored procedures will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in documenting user journey maps and requirements, process flows, and use cases using industry-standard tools.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is desirable.
