Job Descriptions
- Manage and coordinate the project efficiently and effectively for the road and rail viaduct/bridge using the Balanced Cantilever method (BCM), Span by Span (SBS) method or/and any other methods
- Lead, oversee, manage, supervise and direct site staff and sub-contractors to execute the project in accordance with the design specifications/drawings, approve work methods, meet authorities’ requirements, and ensure on-time completion of the project
- Establish the quality management system, safety and risk management, time management, and cost planning for the construction activities
- Coordinate, take corrective actions, monitor the action taken, and update our client regularly
- Identify and address any site/project issues when it arises
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities to ensure proper coordination
- Oversee the planning and construction of the project, monitor the work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program
- Provide guidance to the project team in relation to construction works to ensure progress is according to the schedule and maintain quality standard
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer Board, Singapore or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer
- Minimum 15 years of civil engineering infrastructure project experience with 10 years of road or rail viaduct/bridge structural engineering design experience in Singapore
- Strong leadership qualities with good analytical and communication skills
The remuneration package shall be commensurate with relevant project experiences, proven track records and professional skills.
