Job Description
- Course Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials and curricula for courses on Cybersecurity.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.
- Expertise Sharing: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Cybersecurity to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback, and make improvements as needed.
- Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants, helping them apply what they’ve learned to real-world scenarios.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a training role, specifically within Cybersecurity.
- In-depth knowledge & Hands-on knowledge of Cybersecurity.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and remote training tools is a plus.
