Scope of Work
Manager
- Review inter-company payments and intra-company cost charging requests
- Ensure payments and requests are accounted for, properly reconciled for month-end close purpose, within the stipulated time frame.
- Oversee monthly closing activities and resolve any issues before accounting period closing.
- Develop intra-company cost charging work instructions and SOPs.
- Engage stakeholders and system owners to ensure system is configured correctly to facilitate intra-company cost charging accounting process
- Drive continuous process improvements and advocate industry best practices.
- Involved in UATs for system enhancements to automate process for cost recovery.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Officer
- Handle inter-company payments and intra-company cost charging requests
- Conduct monthly closing activities and resolve any issues before accounting period closing.
- Review and report on overdue inter-company invoices and intra-company requests for reconciliation.
- Engage stakeholders to resolve outstanding cost charging requests.
- Involved in UATs for system enhancements to automate process for cost recovery.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent finance and accounting qualification
- 3 years of accounting experience with supervisory skills, preferably in a shared services environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Officer
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent finance and accounting qualification
- 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Familiarity with SAP and analytical tools such as PowerBI/PowerAutomate will be advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous
