Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage contract administration, ensuring that all contract documentation and operational processes align with our operational plan and business policies. This role involves overseeing various customer contracts and includes the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Oversight: Manage all aspects of contract administration including account setup, contract activation and termination, vetting summaries, and maintaining physical contract documentation.
- Meter Management: Handle meter-related tasks such as setup, activation, deactivation, and removal.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to audit requirements and retail policies.
- External Communication: Liaise with and manage communication with external parties such as MSSL and PowerGrid regarding customer-related issues.
- Database Management: Maintain databases including SAP, customer portals, and department mailboxes.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee junior staff, ensuring operational workflows and manuals are established for effective staff training.
- Process Administration: Administer and implement processes in compliance with EMA and MSSL requirements.
- Process Improvement: Review and streamline work processes to simplify, standardize, and automate them.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Manage and execute additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Degree with minimum of 2 years of related working experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word), meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
