Job Scope
- Manage new build, fit-out projects and upgrade of existing building including the control of delivery of the overall programme of works from inception to completion, meeting the cost, time and quality objectives of the users
- Plan and coordinate the procurement process of consultants and contractors.
- Work with project stakeholders to determine the needs and constraints in establishing detailed project programmes with clear milestones delivery
- Manage all assigned projects from conceptual stage to completion
- Track and monitor project budget and timelines
- Perform administrative tasks
- Conduct project supervision on site as and when required
- Project administration for assigned projects
- Any other works as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ Project Facilities and Management or any Building related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in managing office, A&A or fit-out projects
