As an Accounts Manager (Outsourcing), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee the accounting team's workflow and performance.
- Review and finalize financial documents, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure all taxes, regulatory filings, and financial statements are submitted on time.
- Serve as the primary contact for client communications, delivering outstanding service and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Oversee team performance with a team size up to 8 members
- Mentor and guide team members to promote high performance and professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to all accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders.
- Any other ad duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Possess a Minimum Degree in any equivalent fields
