As a Retail Sales Ambassador at Y21, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. You’ll play a key role in promoting our products, understanding customer needs, and driving sales. Your passion for fashion and excellent communication skills will help you build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they leave the store feeling satisfied and inspired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on our products, helping customers find items that suit their style and needs.
- Maintain an inviting store environment by keeping displays tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and upcoming promotions to inform customers effectively.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product displays.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
