about the job
- You will manage a portfolio of Equity and Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all operational matters and ensure their needs are met.
- Provide operational and client service support, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to client queries. This includes managing the trade lifecycle events from trade capture, exception processing, credit approval, trade matching and reconciliation of positions into downstream systems.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams in APAC, EMEA, and the US to support global clients.
- You will work closely with Prime Brokerage Account Management and Sales to provide regular analysis and broker reviews.
skills and experience required
- > 8 years of experience
- Client facing experience and ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner
- Excellent time management skills
- Understanding of Markets Operations Trade lifecycle with ideally a focus on FX, Settlements & Corporate Actions
- Strong communications skills and ability to manage other teams to ensure resolution of queries.
