Job Description:
- Front counter duties including patient registration and answering phone in both languages (English and Mandarin)
- Schedule patient appointments
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Assist in inventory and perform stock take
- Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties
- Manage insurance claims submissions (including corporate insurance), applying for letter of guarantee and pre-authorisation
- Perform cashiering duties
- Assist doctor and chaperone, perform ECG
Job Requirements:
- No age limitation
- Min GCE N/O/A Levels
- Interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of IT
- Able to start work immediately
