Ensure smoothy operations/ good customer services.
Lead and develop the airfreight operations team
Support sales to develop New Local businesses
Develop Existing Customers and Partners’ Businesses
Promote GSAs and Co-loading business to freight agent, ocean forwarders and network agents
Timely Response and Follow up on all RFI/RFQs
Develop new / products and trade lanes assigned.
Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
Follow up on assigned customers’ outstanding collection.
Ensure profitability for businesses secured with regular review with management.
Represent and promote Freight Mark’s Branding in the market assigned.
Any other official duties assign by Senior Management.
