To make a meaningful impact in the realm of engineering design, we are looking for a Graduate BIM Executive to join our team. We are a dynamic team working alongside our customers on some of Singapore’s most innovative projects in infrastructure development.
Your key responsibilities will be:
· Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model (Autodesk and Bentley).
· Prepare and update 2D and 3D drawings and BIM models for development of LTA/BCA/CCSM submission.
· Ensuring the production of 2D drawings from BIM model with accuracy, to ensure the drawings produced meet the client's LTAEIR standards and BEP.
· Working towards deadlines set by PM/BIM Manager and ensuring the submission schedule is achieved.
· Maintain proper records of all the incoming and outgoing models, drawings, and BIM-related documents in accordance with company standards and protocol.
· Familiarity with local Authorities submission formats, such as BCA and LTA.

On top of that, you will have:
· Diploma in Civil Engineering or another relevant discipline.
· Preferably a minimum of 2 years of work experience on various scales of projects within an engineering design consulting firm.
· Familiarity with operating and good knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit.
· Good planning skills in managing modeling and drafting works.
· Strong initiative and ability to work closely within a team environment.
· Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
