Duties:
· Manage the full procurement lifecycle for IT equipment, software, and services, including contract negotiations, supplier evaluations, and purchase order processing.
· Leverage SAP MM (Materials Management) Modulefor procurement activities, ensuring efficient purchase-to-pay cycles.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, finance, legal) to understand their needs and requirements, providing procurement solutions that align with company objectives.
· Maintain and manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and performance metrics.
· Analyze market trends, identify new vendors, and lead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
· Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
· Monitor and report on KPIs related to cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency using SAP reporting tools.
· Ensure adherence to SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) to improve supplier collaboration and contract management.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT procurement, with specific expertise in SAP (MM, SRM, or Ariba).
· Strong understanding of IT categories, including hardware, software, cloud services, and IT services.
· Proficiency in using SAP MM for procurement processes (requisitioning, purchase order management, etc.).
