Responsibilities
· Responsible for day-to-day HR operations such as leave application, attendance, medical leave & government
grant submissions.
. Manage matters relating to the submission of government-required surveys and mandatory documentation.
. Handle work pass applications, issuance, and renewal for foreign employees.
· Responsible for training course registration, training grant application, BCA CET submission and update process.
· Manage office and provide general administrative support to the company as and when needed (such as office
supplies purchasing and daily mails clearance etc.).
· Any other duties/coordination works assigned by the superior and the management.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Construction Industry preferred.
. Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking and able to respond to internal & external
inquiries from Mandarin speaking employees.
· Independent candidate with minimum supervision & with a positive attitude.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Fast learner with a strong desire to learn.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
