Job Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content concepts that resonate with our target audience across diverse formats (written, visual, video)
- Craft compelling copywriting for various marketing materials across all platforms (social media, website, email, print, and more)
- Conceptualise and design high-quality graphic assets for print & digital for various marketing materials across all social media platforms, website, email marketing, print, packaging, catalogues, advertisements and more
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all social media channels through visual design and messaging
- Create engaging motion-based content for social media platforms (eg Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube) adapting formats for different channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's brand, vision and target audience. Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines for a consistent and cohesive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams (eg Sales, Operations, Product Development, Customer Support, and any other relevant teams) to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions. Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
- Develop graphics for promotional campaigns, product launches, and events, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring prompt delivery and meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to remain competitive and innovative in the field
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing
- Diploma in Marketing or related field is required
Other Information:
- Salary: $2,800 - $3,200 (exact salary to be determined based on candidate's qualification level and years of experience)
- Location: Ubi
- Working schedule: Mon – Fri (10am to 7pm)
