Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum order fulfilment.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Maintain close interactions with internal and external customers to ensure to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Uncover customer’s need & propose appropriate solutions to resolve customer’s issue.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Qualification & Education Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Professional Certification would be desirable
- Preferably with relevant experience
