Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the outlet’s operations and manpower planning.
- Assist the Operations Director in establishing and developing operating policies, systems, and processes to support the organization’s rapid growth.
- Monitor and manage the outlet's sales performance.
- Participate in monthly meetings to address operational issues and ensure sustainable growth.
- Regularly review and update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to improve process efficiency.
- Conduct regular outlet examinations and staff training to support development and promotions.
- Investigate customer complaints related to service and product quality.
- Evaluate the performance of outlet employees and implement corrective actions for improvement.
- Monitor outlet expenses and inventory control.
- Retain and motivate high-performing staff to achieve and exceed quality and productivity standards.
- Perform other related duties as required.
