Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with client team to understand business requirements, with emphasis on human-centered design.
- Identify as-is to-be state gaps and challenges.
- Apply Design Thinking methodology to develop and execute solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with client’s technology directions and industry best practices.
- Actively coordinate with key stakeholders for smooth deployment, operations, and maintenance.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in analytics and systems development.
- Knowledge in SQL and database management.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
