- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
- Manage meeting minutes & follow up closely for tasked assigned.
- Monitor due dates for renewal, termination of contracts and other follow-up actions.
- In charge of the procurement and administrative of all office supplies, pantry supplies, assets, inventories as well as maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Provide ad-hoc support for any other administrative related duties.
- Attend on-site meeting.
