Job Description
- Plan, conceptualize, and design the research methodology related to performance psychology.
- Plan and implement research process in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze research data.
- Communicate research progress findings in written or oral presentation format to various audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities.
- Produce effective research products that cater to different audiences (e.g., infographics, brief reports, technical reports, PowerPoint slides, etc).
- Implementation of recommendations.
- Support administrative submissions relating to budgeting, procurement, data, and materials management.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Min Degree (Preferably Degree in Psychology/Social Sciences/ relevant qualification).
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Previous experience in a psychologist/research role is more advantageous.
