Execute coaching for Service and Kitchen crews to boost performance, service, and quality. Regularly assess training effectiveness and provide follow-up coaching. Equip crew to meet KPIs and ensure consistency in customer experience and product quality.
Job Description
- Deliver training to Service and Kitchen crews aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct induction and specialized training to support employee growth.
- Identify training needs, evaluate, update programs, and create action plans.
- Observe and provide feedback to crew and managers, noting future training needs.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs for high operational standards.
- Train on new products and maintain delivery quality.
- Collaborate with management to align training with business goals and drive improvement.
- Provide hands-on coaching to upskill staff and meet KPIs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years as a Field Trainer, preferably in F&B.
- Training certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills for crew and managers.
- Capable of identifying knowledge or performance gaps and implementing solutions.
- Experience in enforcing SOPs and best practices.
- Skilled in delivering engaging training and developing employees' skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead people.
- Willing to work weekends and evenings if needed.
