- This role requires excellent writing skills, the ability to understand IT cybersecurity processes.
- Create and maintain documentation: Develop, update, and manage a variety of documentation, mainly related to process documents in the form of policies, guidelines or work instructions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with IT/Risk/Compliance to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Basic Project management skills
- Review and Edit Content: Proofread and edit documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with company standards.
