Job Description
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain various scale construction projects in a safe, timely manner
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities on the project status from time to time.
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies for technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs and provide advice to resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Project implementation involving all authorities applications/ submissions, work procedures
- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- Possess a recognized Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior working experience in civil engineering will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Class 3 Driving License preferred.
