Purpose of Role
The Wealth Planning Support will :
1) Support the Wealth Planning team in the onboarding of high net worth individuals as trust clients.
Key Accountabilities
· Performing name screening and analysing screening results for potential clients according to MAS guidelines on anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism (using RiskScreen)
· Preparation of client onboarding documents
· Liaise with various private banks in the region to setup private bank accounts
· Create and maintain client records using NavOne
· Sorting & Filing of physical documents
· Scanning & organising documents into shared folders
· Printing and binding of marketing materials
· Other office administrative and clerical works including photocopying, arranging of courier, arranging for notary etc…
Knowledge and Experience
· Familiarity with trust or private banking industry will be advantageous.
· Experience and knowledge in name screening and source of wealth documentation.
· Good writing and analytical skills.
· Proficient in English and Mandarin.
