Cureelty, we are assisting one of our clients to lookout for SAP Training Consultant with proficiency in SuccessFactor. This will be a 6 months contract period to start with, option to renew for another 6 months.

Job Scope
· As a Training & Performance Support Developer, you will support the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing, and deploying the training and performance support materials.
· You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
· You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
· Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
· Master proficiency in Learning Content Development is required.
· Advanced proficiency in Training Evaluation Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Training Visual Design are recommended.
· Design and develop innovative training materials.
· Create engaging performance support resources.
· Collaborate with the Learning/Training Lead to identify training needs.
· Conduct training evaluations to measure effectiveness.
. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning content development
What you need to have:
1. SAP HR Training.
2. Must have experience with SuccessFactor (actual delivery, reference guide, simulation, EnableNow sims, evaluations.
3. Consultant level - should be able to do training assessment. •
4. Change management activities (development change strategy plan, comms plan, execution of comms, user engagement)
