Job Responsibilities:
· Process incoming shipments and related documents according to customer requirements
· Perform scanning of shipments items using customer's warehouse management system
· Ensure timely updating of documentation to Head Office
· Coordinate with relevant parties for outgoing or return shipments as needed
· Support month-end stock take and material replenishment
· Process sales orders through SAGE system
· Respond to customer inquiries
· Perform administrative tasks such as filing and documentation processing
· Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, etc)
- Hands on experience with SAGE is an added advantage
- Fast learner, good team player and performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Information:
- Work location: Greenwich Drive / Changi South
- Work Environment: Warehouse (air-con)
- Working hours: 5 days’ work week (Monday-Friday)
- With or Without Rotation Shift Options
Working Hours:
- Without Shift (For Singaporeans only) > Normal shift: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- With Rotation Shift
- Morning shift: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 10.30am to 7.30pm
- Afternoon shift: 1pm to 10pm (only when needed)
- Night shift: 8.30pm to 5.30am / 10.30pm to 7.30am
