Your new role
A few of your responsibilities would be;
· Oversee and manage construction projects, including capex budgeting, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
· Coordinate with designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Provide operational support to sales managers, including generating reports, preparing presentations, and maintaining inventories.
· Ensure smooth implementation of display guides, shipments, and deliveries, and coordinate with inter-departments as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
· Experience in retail space planning, luxury retail store designs, technical drawings, project management, renovations/upgrades, and liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
· Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build positive relationships with clients, retailers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
· Strong attention to detail, with ability to review technical drawings and ensure quality control.
· Ability to travel when necessary for millwork checks and store handovers.
