Responsibilities:
- Identify and source business opportunities in medical devices and digital health.
- Develop materials for internal reporting and external engagement.
- Demonstrate product features and support stakeholders with queries and decision-making.
- Drive Go-To-Market strategies using lean start-up methodology.
- Conduct market research, including competitive analysis and regulatory pathways.
- Facilitate partner discussions and build networks with trusted partners and KOLs.
- Manage commercial projects and oversee documentation and reporting.
- Develop financial models and handle valuation methods such as break-even analysis and DCF.
- Collaborate with consulting firms to achieve project success.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in digital health or medical devices preferred, but motivated candidates with no experience are welcome.
- Proven success in distributor engagements.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
- IT-savvy with excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable, independent, and passionate about the mission.
- Willingness to travel internationally
