Job Description
- Supervise and manage day to day warehouse activities.
- Ensure proper and accurate receipt of goods and the correct issuance of goods.
- Competency in accurate data entry in essential.
- Receive all stock and maintain record of all inventory transactions.
- Order materials and consumables as required for production.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, spares and repair and maintenance services.
- Control price and quality of goods/ services procured and ensure timely delivery of such goods.
- Perform yearly stock counts and report on stock levels.
- Record and investigate internal customer feedback and complain and work with manager to implement the corrective and preventive measures.
- Use initiative to follow up and resolve operational problems where is waste and inefficiency, accessing help or assistance and logging issues for future improvement.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment in good working conditions.
- Plan and execute stock movements.
- Coordinate with operations or service team to carry out the job or delivery schedule on time.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory, correct location of stock and maintenance of proper warehouse documents.
- Handle walk-in customer’s inquiries.
Requirement
- Min 3 years working experience in heavy equipment industry
- Able to work independently
- Possess class 3 driving licence will be an advantage
