ROLE OVERVIEW
This role entails providing guests with whole-hearted hospitality and a wonderful dining experience. A primary focus of this role is to nurture a culture whereby the team are Brand Ambassadors through and through and empowered to deliver an egalitarian world-class service in line with the Mandala Club Philosophy.
KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES
● Welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
● Order taking, serving, and billing
● Managing guests' reservations
● Projecting a courteous and professional image
● Developing and maintaining good relationships with team members
● Ensuring guest satisfaction by being proactive in-service operations
● Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
