- Location: Kranji Way | Office will move to Tuas start of next year 2025 (2mins walking from Tuas MRT)
- Working Days: 5 days / 8am - 5pm
- Salary: $2,000 - $2,500

Responsibilities:
- Support in submission of monthly claim / receivables for projects
- Correspondence with clients
- Record and maintain monthly claim/receivable reports
- Ensure proper documentation in project files
- Generate invoices
- Assist in preparing bank reconciliation, monthly finance reports, GST submissions, account receivables and payables, tax-related matters and audit-related queries
- Maintain date accuracy in accounting software with proper documentation, filling and entries
